Customer Satisfaction: Our success is based on your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if it is defective upon arrival, you may return it in its original condition for an exchange or a refund. This exchange/refund period extends for 30 days after the date you receive your merchandise.

Shipping charges: are calculated per order and reflect the cost of shipping the product to you. Most, in stock, items will ship within a day of receiving the order unless specified otherwise by item. Please note that refused deliveries may be charged a re-delivery charge.

Return Policy: All returned goods must be in new re-sellable condition and in the original packaging. Goods are to be returned, freight prepaid, along with a copy of your invoice and reason for return. Any non-defective item that is returned and not in the original packing or not sellable for new within 30 days from receipt will be assessed a restocking charge. Defective items may be exchanged during the first 30 days on most products. Any "Free Freight" item returned will have the outbound freight charge deducted from the total return. Any product returned and not properly packaged that receives damage due to improper packaging may be subject to additional charges to bring the product back to new condition.
